Answering the Call: What Does “Send Me” Really Mean?
“Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here am I. Send me!'” — Isaiah 6:8
For generations, Isaiah’s response to God’s call has inspired believers to step beyond their comfort zones and participate in God’s mission. Yet many Christians wonder whether missions is reserved for pastors, missionaries, or ministry leaders.
The truth is that God’s mission belongs to every believer.
Being “sent” does not always mean crossing oceans or relocating to another country. For some, it means sharing Christ in their workplace. For others, it means discipling young people, supporting missionaries through prayer and giving, or serving communities in need.
The Great Commission remains the Church’s mandate. Every follower of Christ has a role to play in making disciples and demonstrating God’s love to the world.
As we gather at SEND ME 2026, we invite you to discover where God may be calling you to serve and how your gifts, talents, and resources can contribute to His global mission.
The question remains: If God called today, how would you respond?
